Who hasn't got a mail so far: be patient, ensure that you have checked the right e-mail and ensure that you can receive e-mails ... several provided e-mails doesn't work at all ...

If you have verified above things: wait until focus employee's are back after the holidays.

@Sabaka: I don't get your problem yet, you mind further explaining it?

Shifu, now isn't present already a problem and it hardly can be solved already. If from the very beginning: that already 27.12.12 I received the notice of a choice of free game, I planned to choose WEE to present it in Steam to 1 more my friend by new year. But the system wrote any mistake and in the morning and in the evening. Therefore I had to choose Cities XL. I think that already hardly it is possible to return everything back.

they are not Focus game since nadeo go out ad choose Ubisoft instead....

i got the email for choosing the free game but whenever i click on the link(click here to choose) it says an error has occurred so what should do???

@macman: Wait until Focus staff is back from the holidays - do you have the problems with other links in e-mails?
