And I dont really think that the trailer is displaying W:EE in such a wrong picture.
I agree, people see the infantry charging and say: "this is totally not realistic", "infantry don't charge like idiots, they stay far away and shoot, just like the tanks should be doing"
But what they don't realise is that the freeway on which the NATO convoy is is in some kind of trench (lower than the rest of the terrain) so the warsaw pact units HAVE TO come close up to see them and shoot them...
Oh well, I guess this video is very strange and "dividing"
I mean, I know the game and when I saw it I was "Oh yes, great video!!!"
But from other people who don't know the game, there are two reactions:
1) the casual gamer who sees a potentially fun and action packed RTS
2) The herdcore RTS gamer who is dissapointed by the "lack of realism" they see.
Anyhow, it's always the same problem, people judge things (be it games or movies) by it's trailers and not by the game itself, well, until the game is out that is...
