Hi guys,

I was thrilled when I saw the AirLand Battle announcement, especially the mention of "dynamic campaigns" -- the feature I most wanted to see in W:EE! I realise it's still early days, but is the Eugen team able to confirm that, this means, y'know, real dynamic campaigns, with an operational/strategic layer, rather than just marketing buzz?

In any case, thanks, and I look forward to ALB. :D

well technically the definition of Dynamic means "it will never be the same twice". a lot of W:EEs campaign was indeed like that already. 9/10 missions even if you play them the same way, the AI will react in different ways.

Lets hope the "dynamic" here implies a bit more than that :)

I hope it'll have co-op, preferably for more than two players.

Something like Combat Flight Simulator 3, I hope.

And not like Falcon 4.0's at launch, for that matter.

Best one I've experienced off the top of my head was Enemy Engaged.

Enemy Engaged style wouldnt work in W:ALB I dont think. Ground units not being confined to roads along would make EECH's obsolete :P

Well, yeah, but 99% of the time, the AI only changes by detaching 2 or 3 tanks and sending them off to flank you. Most of the missions can be beaten by memorizing what the AI will do and countering it beforehand. Real nice if you want command stars, but not exactly the most dynamic experience.

Which means?
Each decision will impact profoundly the next mission? Or can we dream of a full strategic map?
