I also have this problem. Happens every game. I always play with one or two friends, against a Hard AI. about halfway through, sometimes more, sometimes less, the game desyncs, and my score diverges from the other two. They never have issues, I have issues nomatter which of them I play with, even with two or three of us playing, its only ever me that has issues.

I'd love a fix, as it makes this great game almost unbearable.

Does it always happen with the same friend(s)?
It could come from conflicted versions if one of you hasn't an up-to-date one ...

Right, but I was thinking of a failed/partial update: the last version has been downloaded, but may be some files are missing.
Just an idea. I'm no tech guy, but it seems to me that those few having desync seem to be people playing against the same people on a regular basis ...

I'll try to collect replays, it does happen with the same 2 friends, but thats because there the only guys I ever play with. Also, I have tried disabling all of my firewalls and anti-virus stuff but it had no effect. I have also been on several different internet connections, still same problem.
It happens every single game, at various different points. One game it happened early, and my game ended 15min after his did, his units just stopped moving at all after he won, while I still had to play.

I have also had all three of us validate the game files in steam, and I blew my game away and reinstalled it to no avail.

I'll work on getting replays of both of us if I can. (shouldn't be hard since it happens every single game) The person hosting doesnt matter, as I have had all 3 of us host at one time or another, still always only me that desyncs.

Ok, I have 3 replays and a pretty major desync, how the heck to I get at the replays to upload them? I don't know where they are stored and such.

Desyncing happens occasionally. It's most evident at the end of the game where, for one player, everyone seems to see a different score (kills, command points, casualties) to what everyone else sees for that same player.

I have experienced this desync a number of times and had always thought it rare, maybe a freak one off. But looking back I am sure that it isn't that rare and can happen alot. Towards the end, it often doesn't significantly affect the game so it's hard to spot. One game everyone said gg and some left, which I thought odd as I was still playing, but then the game ended and I thought little of it.

Last night I had a friend round and were sitting side by side so could see it well. It was a 3v3 and talking to the other guy it was evident that we were all seeing different situations, we all had different scores. I am also sure the other side saw a different game too. It's as if some commands of events are not transmitted to all players and so they carry on regardless.

I think detecting could be easy if the game just did something simple like checked all player scores from time to time. However, I would stress that I would rather the game carried on desynced than end prematurely. Ideally, after detecting a desync the came should just sync everyone to the host (or even any one random player).

It happen to me too once, in that game also another player of the enemy faction had the problem.

To one of my friends happens a lot, but he has good connection, so i would exclude this from the causes.
