So, what does your general flanking armor consist of?(small scale/tactical flanks)
For Pact
I like using T-72 variants for their armor and AP
For Nato
Similar set up to pact, but using AMX-30B for accuracy, though I'm thinking about phasing it out
What do you guys use?

T80U for stabilizer.

It's hard to flank with the tank that's the game's shot magnet.

Don't forget that if you have a cheap, fast vehicle, you can always up-vet for magic stabs.

T-72's, though they tend to have trouble hitting things, RISE pattons/leo1A4 for their stabilizers, BMP 685 and T-64 series are all good flanking tanks whilst remaining cheap enough to lose.

Sadly BMP 685 and T64 series have paper thin armor, especially on the sides.

Hah! The joke's on you! The BMP 685 not only has paper thin side armor, but paper thin front as well! (having 2 front and side armor).

These tanks fit my definition of flanking tanks perfectly, because they're relatively cheap and can therefore be considered acceptable losses. If they help kill all of my opponents Leo2A4s and die in the process it doesn't matter as my T-80U's will roll over anything else he might have left.

If you consider the BMP685 a good flanking tank (which it certainly is), you should not forget about the chronically underused M8 AGS.

Isn't the AGS too expensive to be considered expendable? 70 points versus like 45 for a Patton RISE?

T-64BM, why would you not pay 5p more for a faster more fuel efficient tank for flanking.
