@caparo: I'll think about it. But don't forget that the main purpose of this is fun, not realism. Though I think you made some pretty good suggestions there.

For now, 1 room is full. The teams are pretty much set, I'm only waiting for one more PM to arrive. All people who've got a fix place so far will be notified tomorrow. If we can get 4 more people signing up, I'll open a second room giving everyone the chance to play. If for some reason you can't get a place in the first battle, I'll guarantee you one for next week. Very important: If you can't make it for Saturday, please write me a PM so I can look for a replacement for you. Thank y'all.

Slight ( ;) ) disadvantage for Poland, eh?

Participants: Everyone who got a place so far has been notified. Please check your PMs. We need 3 more people to be able to open a second room for everyone who hasn't got a place yet.

Nice poster solvens

Don't forget, tomorrow 8PM CET.

Come on people, 1 more and we can get a second room running as a 3v3. If that shouldn't be possible the players who didn't get a place can still show up on TS as a backup. There is a good chance of someone not being able to attend.
I also guarantee you a place for the next battle if you weren't in for this one.

Battle 1 was a clear victory for the European Union which managed to stop the US advance to Germany. I won't dare to upload a replay of that. Well done, US.

For the second match, we changed the settings a bit. We were playing a 3v2 with 2 people on the US side. The 3 EU people had to play a nation specific deck. Holoween was taking the Germans, Count commanded the French and I myself commanded the British Army of the Slowness. The result of this was an incredibly fun and intense battle with me raging quite a lot about my Chieftains  But see yourself:

I will be organizing the same thing for next Saturday and also write an a bit more detailed after-action report. A great thanks to everyone who participated and I hope you will be in next week as well. We will stay with the nation specific decks on EU side, with either two 3v3s going or one 4v4 with two players taking UK (which is the weakest of the EU nations - we need to balance things out a bit).
