Same problem there. Is it possible at all to set English language in Russian version?

There is a solution:
Find Install.dat file in the Steam\steamapps\common\wargame european escalation\ directory. There is a number inside it. Open file in text editor, remove the number (so, the file should be empty) and then save&exit. After that all Languages in the game will be available.
