Hi there,

I have had the exact same issue.
Wargame EE disappeared from the game list wirthout any kind of expalanation.
I contacted steam support and got the following statement:

"Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Your CD Key for this game has been revoked at the request of the publisher.
You will need to contact the seller for further assistance.
Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns."

So I have emailed 'support@wargame-ee.com' as advised in this thread.
Any indication how long it takes to get a response?

I find it unbelievable that paying customers get so much trouble.
Random game revocation, the activation joke and the rebranded starforce, this is really over the top.
I contacted my reseller for a refund as I am not sure I want to return to the game.

So here I go, registering to the forum JUST to proof my interest for this game, I bought it and played it through steam. It was in my library and I played ALOT, by that I mean I completed the german campaign started the americans. and played online and reached lvl 33.

I wake up one saturday morning excited to play WARGAME and find that it has vanished from the steam library . . .
Confused and pissed, I began searching for an answer. I found this forum and read all the post here.

So I sent my billing confirmation and all the needed details to the EMAIL support@wargame-ee.com , it has now been more than 12 hours and I would like to get intouch with any eugene staff.

This kind of problems shouldn't even HAPPEN this is not acceptable.
