It seems like the ELO-System is broken and it doesnt change the points (win or lose). it did occour after the severcrash. Maybe somebody can confirm that.

I know that it normaly takes some time to update your rank, but after three matches it should be changed.

ELO update process took a little longer to restart than the other services. Games you played in the mean time shouldn't be forgotten and will be processed soon. New games will be processed as soon as they are finished though.
