i just wonder why there are no defensive mechanisms in this game? the worst feeling u can have is when 2 of 4 leoapards just routing and doing absouletly nothing in the middle of corn field when they are hit by 3 or 4 arty shells. its just ridicolous

so i wonder why there are no such things like era armor, smoke launchers etc etc

not all vehicles should be fitted with these things, but maybe some of the heavier and expensive units, also counting in helis to get flares

like maybe 1 smoke grenade per abraham, chally, t80 and leo2? also tanks with reactive armor should have reactive armor to. maybe make the t-80 u resist 1 missile before it takes damage if its hit to the right area?

its not possible to do warfare with the lack of such basics things as smoke to cover your tanks for a few sec if they run into a trap of 40 atgm soldiers in the forest which is pretty normal for spammers

ERA armor is represented by larger armor values; the T-64BV as an example. Granted, it's not a real representation of what ERA does, and it would be cool to have a proper simulation of it.
I do agree that things like smoke launchers would be nice, as would flare and chaff dispensers for aircraft. It might be useful to add a new stat to missiles that gives how easy the missile system is to spoof (i.e. ECCM rating).

In a way, the low accuracy of ATGM's and AA missiles can be seen as the target using countermeasures.

some ATGM's (like the american TOW jeeps) have 10 accuracy,........ only tank with this accuracy is m1a1 abrams except that one has only 9 damage when the TOW gets 11 and costs 5.5x more...

also what defence mechanism is there against shells fired from tanks? if missiles have 10 accuracy shouldnt shots fired from the leopard be 20 then? irl missiles can fire at u against 5km ranges..tanks can fire at 3990 meters, or u can do manual override to fire at ranges to 9990m

armor is counted against everything it seems, but accuracy vs missiles and guns are way off i feel. also i dont se why all tanks have the same ranges. in real t-55 have no chance at all to spot and fire at a leopard 2 firing from 3km away. its totally impossible. but if a t-55 is in range and stationary. it should be able to 1 hit, if correct procedures are done. this game is just to random with the gun accuracys

10 Accuracy doesn't mean it is 100% accurate b.t.w.
