Thank you very much.

Steam just replied to my tickets saying, in short, that is not their concern, and that my key (and i suppose all these other people's too) was revoked by your request.

I fail to understand how is this even possible, and what kind of EULA breach might be justified by the simple act of playing the FIRST campaign and 3 (three!) online games, obviously without any kind of third-party programs, and how can it be related with the exact timing of the hotfix patch.
I was one of those that posted here alerting of the save files load crash bug, and then i submitted the report logs as request, perhaps it is tied to that, and the key was erroneously "patched out"?

Some kind of clarification would be extremely welcome, as you might understand my dumbfounded state at the quite unbelievable situation that has arisen.

I will keep contacting support on all mail addresses here provided, and obviously provide any documentation requested (but i have received no answer in my mail so far).

I wrote you and sent everything to you.

Can you confirm me the mail arrived, even by PM?

Many thanks for the reasonable and quite quick support.

Same thing happened to me. Steam says he has no no guilty and the cd-key has been revoked because of your request.

I'll sent all my information (including personal info) to the support-shop of gameplanet.com and opened a ticket with the email FocusTechSupport provided yesterday but still no luck.

Now I have to send again my personal info to another email address.
Don't you think it is time for a clarification of what happened with our cd-keys?
Don't you think it is time to refund your customers (money back or another valid cd-key) for time they are loosing for mistake that it does not concern to them?

Anyway, I'll keep contact the email adresses hopeing in some kind of solution. I'll do it to understand what happened and I'll do it to finally be able to play again to the awesome (at least I found it so in my 3 hours of playing) product you created.

I'll wait for good news.
