It's clear for everyone, that lack of communications between players during random matches is a problem and team that communicates via (for example) Teamspeak have much more chances to win. Speaking of communication, World in Conflict seems ideal for me, as it has integrated voiceover, comfortable chat and interface to mark spots on the map. And while Wargame lacks this features, my friend Dominges and I decided to provide Teamspeak 3 server for Wargame players.
It located at home.dominges.org:9987
Rules are simple: if you are looking for a random game and want better teamplay and communication, connect to server and stay on "Chatting & Waiting for a game" room. When you find a player, who want to play with you, move to "Battleroom".
Disclamer: this is not official Teamspeak server of Eugen Systems or any other Wargame:EE-related company. All your uploaded files may be deleted, server may (but shouldn't) work unstable, we're not responsible for bad-manner users (but not appreciate such behavior) or your hamster may occasionally flush your Elo points in ladder games, while you sleeping.
Have fun!

Yesterday between 16:00 and 17:00 GMT we encountered some network problems. D/U rate jumped from 50/50MBit to 100/30, pings increased to unusual values due to technical problems on provider's side. I apologize for inconvenience.
Server located in Moscow, Russian Federation. We haven't ever encountered problems with clients from any continent, but US/Canada users will connect with ~150-180ms ping. Try to connect now, server is online.
But seems our server is not quite popular among Wargame players. We have only 4-5 visitors each day.
