Yes, they had to completely rework the whole aircraft when they have already started production. T10 and T10S (Su27 Su27S) are very different aircraft.

I like the drawings. anyway the weaker ussr got the more the US defence budget grew. this kind of "military observer journal" was there to keep defence spendings high. Im also familiar with the soviet journal of like 70s-80s "soviet military observer" There were black n white photos and diffirent articles about tactics, strategy and technical specifications, scientifical advances and military life.

True, there was *that* T-74, but NATO kept getting confused between T-72 and T-80 models, and at one point referred to some such variant or another as the T-74.
