I purchased this game on Sunday on Steam. It worked that day. However, since then I have not been able to log in and play this game any more.

The CD Key is not getting recognized any longer.
Steam has been dragging their feet for 4 days now and has not been able to provide me with a new CD Key.

I can't even deactivate the cd key since it shows as unauthorized cd key.

what can I do to get an actually working cd key?
do I have to get a refund from steam?

Please get me some answers. I really would like to either play the game or get my money back.

Tech Support might have gone home for the day and you'll have to wait until tomorrow when they will inform you of the process to get you key reactivated.
