I have had this game for more than 6 weeks and still can't play it. I keep getting an Access Violation Error. I have done ALL the troubleshooting and have submitted the required information as outlined TWICE and still no response. What gives? Can you please help me with this issue so I can play the game.

This crash was done on an old game version. Make sure you are correctly updated. Try to verify the integrity of game cache in the Steam client.
