When i zoom in, or out i see the white letters moving in my screen. You cannot really see it in the video, kinda weird. I mean the words with ''Echo, Delta etc''

it may be ghosting that is happening. could you give more details like monitor brand,video card,settings etc etc. these things will help the dev fix your problem.

Those are supposed to be there, they tell you where the cap zones are...

The zoom is improved much after the closed beta ... but i can agree - i still don't like the zooming. In RUSE it looks much more "smoother". Any change possible here?
