AMD Phenom TM II x4 850 Proccesor 3300 MHZ 4 cores
Nvidia GTX 460 OC
8 gb DDR3 RAM
Just thought I would say Ruse works near perfect with nearly Very high on everything But tbh been having problems with my GFX card so might be changing it.

I have a slightly better processor but a 270GTX and 4GB DDR2 and I'm gladly sure that the game will run on mid-high settings for me

PS: To be honest, Ruse lagged when I had about 1000 units but I think that is becuase of the Iris Zoom engine

If your computer won't run the game, FHI should consider to only sell it in the NASA headquarters
