This happens to me whenever I play against or with any of my friends, I have the fastest connection out of all of them so do not think that is the problem; My specs are:
-AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor @ 3.10 GHz
-16GB of RAM
-Windows 7 64-Bit
-The HDD is about 4 years old now

-we are all on the updated version of the game.

The desync can be as little as a hundred points change to entire armies and command vehicles of mine not showing for him and vica versa. I seriously hope that this gets fixed as it seriously limits the game and brings all the good graphics and other features to shame.

P.S. Something I would note (as a programmer myself) is that sometimes my friends will miss actions that I make, for instnace, I may move a command helicpoter, then select the other helicopters and move them. But my friend will see me moving the command helicopter; as if I haven't deselected it. Perhaps it's a packet loss issue?
