Greetings. I am having an unbelievable issue with your product: Wargame: European Escalation!

After the supposed hotfix promised for today, Wargame: EE simply DISAPPEARED from my Steam games library!! Impossible!

Today I logged in to steam to see if the promised hotfix patch for the broken save games problems for Wargame: European Escalation by Eugen System was available, as there's a lot of broken stuff in the game at the moment.
I noticed that no downloads were available, so I was about to close steam, when with a second glance i noticed that game Wargame: European Escalation was no longer there in my favourite list!

Absurd, since i didn't disintall it or move it. So, i triple checked everywhere, and it was nowhere to be found in my games library.

I then tried to launch it directly from the exe... and didn't even start. I went to check the store and... it's like i never bought it.
I even tried to register it again, but it says, quite rightly so, that my key is already in use. Yes, it's in use by me! Where did it went?
But when, following instructions in the FAQS, i launch ACPC.exe, it rightfully says that my product is already activated (with the same correct key) [obviously, i won't post it here]

Please note that I just played it until yesterday on steam. I even played a couple of online games with a friend. If you even check my community page, you'll see the hours played... BUT I have no more the game in my game library.

I would really like an immediate explanation and a quick solution to this problem!! I contacted steam too, and wrote to both Eugen and Focus- Home.

Please respond, this is unbelievable!!

It happened to me too. I was going to write a post about it but then decided to check my CC/Paypal history. I discovered that there was a chargeback to my Credit Card by the shop a couple of days after my purchase (I bought the game from the online Focus store if that means something).
So I bought the game again (I even saved a couple of euros) and logged in with my old account.

Same thing happened to me.
Bought the game - activated by steam - downloaded - played for 3 hours - game disapperead!!!
I tried to solve the problem but no luck. Totally stucked for 3 days without playing.
Opened a ticket on the Steam support but no answer.

Can someone give me a "serious" answer of what's happening?
