At the bottom of the screen looks like bloom but does not... Anyway to rid myself of it.. Hurts my eyes BIG TIME :(

I have the same problem in regards to some strange blue haze at the bottom of my screen, i am using GF 590 cards in SLI mode...

I get it with "HDR" set to High (Intel HD Graphics 3000).

Its related to HDR. Though I don't have it myself, HDR does deal with the lighting and some post process effects which that blue glow is more or less trying to be. Instead of being rendered correctly something is happening somewhere, turning it into a weird color. I would be surprised if the rest of you got this with HDR set to off, but with the amount of issues with the game at the moment I wouldn't be shocked lol

As an experiment i turned the HDR setting to LOW, still had the glow and a slight red glow lol...
I have everything maxed out in the game, maybe i should tinker with each settings to see if it changes anything.
