I think it we see an old abandoned warehouse with dismantled walls on a first screenshot. Nothing weird, i saw something like that in real life, but it was a metal frame of a former railroad station.

No offense, but...Maybe it's ok to build tons of warehouses with lampposts on the road at Russia, but you know...that's really weird :D
