Sorry for my bad English, i dont speak english very well, but this forums are the best.

My problem is that when i'm going to play the game, the game is minimiced, and there is an message error. It says: Crash!
Access Violation.....
(This message appears in others topics of this forum, you can see it.)

I have tried:
-run how administrator
-run how compatibility (win xp sp1,sp2,sp3, win vista,..)
-eliminate saved files of the game. (folder Eugen systems)
-disconnect internet, and play to single player mod.

My computer have this:
-Graphic card nvidia gtx 550ti (drivers updated)
-win 7 64 bits (updated)
-a i7 920
-6gb ram

THANKS!

Same for me too, but I have found that the game continues to run in the background and as long as I don't click cancel or OK on the violation error boxes I can play the single player campaign. However i can not log in to play online which is the main reason I bought the game really.

All I did to play single player was to maximise the game after the crash error then press Esc when it asks me to log in and select solo. That's what worked for me anyway.
Same, I tried updating my drivers, re-installing the game and then steam to get the game working online but it changed nothing.

I had read somewhere that the access violation error comes from a clash with DX11. I see from this thread that those of you who've posted your specs all have DX11-capable cards and Windows 7, so the game should have autodetected DX11 and have been using it.
So, if you haven't tried it already: what worked for me is going to the options menu and switching the API to DirectX 9. It sacrifices some of the sexy graphics, but so far I haven't had that crash since switching (playing for a couple hours now).
It'll do as a temporary solution until they release a patch that fixes this error.

I have swiched to Dx9, but I still get the crash, so it is not the only problem then.
