i have sent the e-mail so i can change my password a few times and it has not turned up yet

I have a similar issue with not being able to log on. I cannot exactly remember what my login was because I just set the thing to remember me :/ Of course my code no longer works to create a new account.

You should have received an email at account creation including the login you used.

i now know what my login is i just cannot change my password because i receive no e-mail with any code and i have done the forgoton password 4 times now

I also have this problem. Says invalid password, so I sent form password change. Got the email, enter in code put in new password, then this "failed to change password."

I've emailed customer service this morning with the details 8 hours ago and still no response.

Hmm, did you fill in your login at the top when you entered the password change code? You need both to do it.
