I'm starting a simple
PACT only English language clan, based on Art of War principles.
The clan would be somewhat unique, in that members will be strongly encouraged to learn and utilize the Art of War strategies for battles. Members will also be encouraged to:
-Learn and apply practical and innovative ideas in battle
-Practice strict discipline to achieve higher order than the opponent (through ranking system)
-Utilize the best communication channels possible, such as voice comms
-Take on and excel in specific roles within the clan to better the team experience
-Be a strong and contributing team player
Experience is not necessary and new players are encouraged. However maturity and respect are essential to being a good team member.
Wargame allows us the unique opportunity to study certain aspects of war and its' principles. Much like with chess, one can learn a great deal about THE art of war, through study, planning and practice.

Other important features of the clan
-A blog roll will be created as an informational HQ for the clan, and communication channels will be opened and maintained through TeamSpeak or other agreed upon com programs.
-"Short and Sweet" meetings on all things strategies and tactics will be done with regularity, participation in which will be highly encouraged.
-Ranking and promotion system to create order in battle
-Praise and punishment system will be in place to improve the experience for committed member and weed out immaturity and disrespect
