So I was inspired by the big chart of stuff and decided it would be cool to make some more graphs here. The graph shows the effectiveness of a unit against a target of any armor at different levels of veterancy. I haven't completely figured about the best way to automate this so I made just a few to demonstrate the idea. I figured there would be 4 graphs for each unit, firepower and firepower/price ratio stationary and moving. I could probably could come up with some other comparisons as well. Would anyone be interested if I completed the whole set? Is the information self-evident and would it be better if I used an ordinary bar graph?

While this is innovative I think I would find the ordinary bar graphs a little better.

I find your graph hard to read if I'm looking for precise information. However to get a quick look at one unit firepower it's ok.
The problem at the moment is that we have absolutly no tool to compare units beween each other. I've been planing to creat an excel table that would allow comparison of units firepower and accuracy in every situation but one info missing : the exact relation between ditance and accuracy.
What you can find in my chart is not the real formula, just different mesures I've taken.

I could make this comparison table without including distance but I would have to redo it if we find the relation [distance/accuracy] that's why I prefer to wait.

For the moment the project looks like that : https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1sqJk8 ... edit?pli=1
Some kind of ID cards for each unit will come with the table, to make a comparison you copy/paste the ID card into the appropriate emplacement (inside the xxxxxxxx). Once you've placed an attacker and a target the informations about accuracy DPS etc... would apear automatically.
In the exemple there is only 2 couple of attacker/defender but it's realy easy to make more tables to compare more than 2 units.

I've asked MadMatt about the formula I'm looking for but he hasn't aswered me.
