i recognize that the upper tier t80's are fine where they are but a 90 dollar base tank that has the range buff is ridiculous the cheapest nato tank with that is 100 and lacks the armor of the t80 a more comparable armor and stats standpoint is the super patton which costs the same and is slightly more accurate but lacks the range buff and has less armor which is a huge disadvantage(granted i don't use them) bumping the t80 to low 100's seems more reasonable or maybe even reverting the base model to 1975 again

Base T-80 is a cost effective tank, that's all. Unlike T80B, unlike T72B etc. NATO's closest match is KpZ70, which is not really close. I don't agree with any price increase of the base T80; no one would field it anymore (not that many people field it right now) unless it got something extra in return.

What it makes up in armour it loses in accuracy. The base accuracy is bad and bad stabalizers don't help.
It can definitely get lucky with its shots but that is sheer luck and cannot be reproduced.

No, leave pact at least one top tank that didnt get a cost increase because of "OP" ATGMs.

Err wut ? Since when the T-80 got ATGMs ? And the majority of ATGM tanks didn't got any price increase, only one actually did.

If T-80's get a price hike, Leo2's should get one too. Both are basically the ultimate beast which has no weakness...

And the last thing this game needs is more NATO Leo2 rushes...

It's not strong enough for its armor and weapons to go against the higher-tier heavy tanks. Even against the AMX-32 it seems to lose duels.

You're looking in the wrong place for your balancing.

T-80 doesnt have ATGMs, thats why it is one of the only cheap top tanks for pacts and should stay that way.

I really dont know how you could read something else into my sentence. :shock:
