You have to change your STEAM profile picture to change your ingame one.

I changed my steam profile picture, but the Ingame Picture of Wargame remains the same...

Any idea how long it takes for wargame to change the profile picture too???

Not to long I would think. Withing a few hours last time I changed mine and actually kept check of it.

Generally, you have to restart Wargame after you've uploaded a new picture, but you may only have to d/c and then reconnect.
