The Cobra TGM on soviet tanks is almost useless. It has good AP power but the fact that it has 6 accuracy and that it is SACLOS completely kills it, it's just a waiste of ressources by having it enabled as a tank weapon. This thing almost never hits, I only enable it when my tank reached veteran 2 level (even with this, it still misses). Buying vetted tanks with it is not a solution, as I can buy a T-80U for 160 points with better missile and other stats.

What I suggest is increasing the accuracy to 8 along with price increase of 5 points for tanks equiped with it (T-64BV/T-80A and B series)

I am against the price increase, but I would suggest (with price increase) make it shootable during movement.

NO! NATO ATMGs are more accurate. If PACT ATGMs are to get better, then let's make them excel at something else (range, aiming speed, AP,...etc.).

What I am saying that kobra is useless on tanks that cost 125+ points, what I suggest is just to buff the accuracy a little bit (it still won't be as accurate as NATO ATGMs), it's not like I'm suggesting to increase accuracy ON ALL pact ATGMs.

With between 8 and 10 front armor, an accuracy gain of 2 should cost way more than 5pts. It should already win all ATGM duels since NATO ATGM vehicles don't have more than 2 points of armor, and all these tanks have decent guns.
If the kobra was your top tier ATGM, would you use these tanks or only those T 55/62 Bastion and the T64/72/80 with guns ?
Besides, you can still gain exp on the field with those units.

Is there any reason to make the kobra the only ATGM that can fire on the move ?

On a sidenote, compare the MBT-70 (75pts, best tank with ATGM nato got) and the T-64BM(80pts).

I understand your point, but if you they buff its accuracy, it'll feel just like NATO ATGM carriers and that'll kill the diversity of the game. Diversity needs to be increased, not reduced, so why not buff something else other than accuracy?

Ehhhhhh the kobra is fine for me if I use my cheap T-64's but yeah it is a push over to have the kobra on the other tanks. Just seems not cost efficient.

No. You're wrong. NATO atgms are fine. Soviet ATGMS suck and need an accuracy increase. At least.

At the top-end of the T-64 line, the Kobra is much less cost-effective. I wouldn't mind the inclusion of the T-64 versions that lacked the missile so that we could get cheaper versions of them, i.e. T-64B1, T-64B1M, T-64B1V.
