Huh... and what's that role for 120 points??
Well, flanking maneuvers/mobility, that stuff. Kind of obvious, I think.
70 km/h max speed. 900 km op. range, 7/5/2/2 armour.
Good optics. Normal size.
Compare it to the NATO tank with the same price, the Leopard 2:
70 km/h max speed, 500 km op. range, 9/4/2/2 armour. Poor optics. Big size. Actually rather similar.
The T-72B has decent ATGM in addition. But a slightly less precise main gain and an HMG instead of an MMG. It has worse front armour but better side armour. Another indicator that it's not meant as another "head on" tank. It is smaller (thus more difficult to spot). It has good optics which allow it to spot opposition earlier. In my eyes this is clearly meant as a tank for flanking maneuvers. The bad stabilizer hurts a bit but on the other hand you will have to stop to use the ATGM, anyway.
Well, I must say it's actually not a bad point...
