i wholeheartedly disagree. the mtlb strela10 is my favorite pact antiair vehicle and it never really disappointed me so far. yes, tunguska and strop2 might be way better but i just love that sleek mtlb design with its rockets mounted on top. also, it's fairly cost effective and got more rockets than most other aa-vehicles like tunguska, osa or strop2
btw, you're underestimating the zsu-57-2. when massed (and it can be massed as it's very cheap) you can down incoming helis relatively fast for a cannon-based aa
The only advantages the Strela-10 has over the OSA AKM are more missiles and 1 point more armor. For a slower speed, shorter weapon range and less missile damage you have to pay 5 points more. If they brought the Strela-10's accuracy to be in line with the Strela-3 (a contemporary missile), it'd be worth it.
It also rather bugs me that the Osa is listed as an "Infrared" missile when it is really RFCLOS (Radio Frequency Command Line of Sight).
