Did a little research and found a very interesting video of T-64BVs in real combat at Transinitra. I'll do some additional research on that combat. Stay tuned and enjoy the video.

Ok, at last I finished the T-64 series review.

And no one uses them??? Atm there is no reply showing how people uses them In-Game, or at least how they dealt with T-64s when playing NATO.

Actually think that i haven't found many people that used them, as people thend to have T-55(blob!)/T-62(M-Vs!)/T-80(most expensive!) tanks in their decks.

I've never used the T-80 series due to their lack of cost-effectiveness IMO.

I use the T-64 a lot. Those who use the T-55AMV and the T-62MV are using them for their ATGM, but I'm not a fan of that. It eats supplies at a fast pace and they are not durable in gun combat. I use the T-64BM has a screen for my T-80. They are resistant enough to be fired upon without being destroyed too fast, have good firepower and aren't too expansive. In short, I use it as a more mobile version of the Chieftain. I don't have unlocked the T-64MV at this date, but I will certainly do it. It's a great tank for the center of your line because of its strong front armor and firepower , but it needs tanks protecting it on the flanks. It's a great alternative to the T-80 series if you don't want to spend all your points on tanks and is only slighty more expansive than the weaker, but longer ranged T-72B.

Very interesting study, and amazing videos! And yeah, as a military history guy, the T-64 series is probably one of my favorites. I disagree with you on it being a defensive tank however, I have plenty of replays of me using 8 T-64BV's and going on full - scale attacks that are VERY successful. In fact my standard army is 8 T-64BV's, a bunch of OT-64 motostrelkis and 5 2k22m Tunguskas. i haven't lost one game doing this 8 T-64BV assault play style. I send in cheap infantry carriers to soak up ATGM's basically and send T-64bv's in the rear to support, and they chew up everything. But yeah, it does need a bit of micro. Always make sure your front armour is facing the enemy.

Edit: As a matter of fact, i'll post those replays. Can anyone tell me how to? I have quite a few. I tend to save these replays and study them myself as I try to perfect my art of T-64 usage. And yeah, it's basically the only tank i use, and tends to consume the vast majority of my in-game points, but i love it. Easily the best tank in-game imo

I find the T-64 series a good balance overall. Reasonable speed, hitting power, accuracy and front armor and ranging prices from relatively inexpensive for the base model to the ZOMG expensive 10 front armor T-64BV. But these guys really need somebody to take flank shots for them. It would be nice if historically the T-64 had a better ATGM upgrade rather than the Kobra, but oh well.

The T-62 initial models are too slow and short on range in comparison, and since the later T-62 ATGM models got their price jacked up in the last update, I find them a little lacking especially compared to T-55s.

As for the T-72, I really like that the NVA got the downgraded models (not sure if they qualify as "Monkey Models") that are cheaper so there's 5 versions of T-72 in the game. Too bad the T-72B is so expensive though!
