Must be me but... I actually hate ATGMs on tanks. I mean, unless the guy is sitting in range doing nothing, I'd rather turn it off and fire some big and reliable shells at him.

Personnally, I think ATGM are more a defensive weapon than an offensive one. I tend to desactivate them when I don't need missiles because they have the tendency to use supplies really fast.

And about the T-72B, I agree that it's too costy. At this price, the T-62 and the T-64 lines are far better. But, personnally, I think that the T-62MV is too powerful for it's cost. It has better firepower and accuracy than the T-64 and I don't understand why since they are mostly contemporary versions. Or the stats are overpowered, or it's cost is too low.

Also - did some one compare T72B with MBT70?

The MBT 70 was really a weird tank. I'm fascinated by the original ideas that were implemented in the tank. At the end, it was to complex and too unpratical to be really fielded in the field, but it was a worthy test bed for new technologies. I'm glad that they implemented it in the game even if it's not too realistic.

Personnally, I never used it because I thought that it was overpriced. But now, it got a nice reduction of cost. Is it worth buying it or not?

MBT70 is expensive for what it is, but it still provides a helpful compromise between a fairly heavy battle tank. It gives you a long range missile platform, an effective anti air gun, and a cannon that works against weaker vehicles. Personally I prefer the KPz70, only a tiny bit more (I always need to buy vets for mbt70s or else their missile is a waste) and hits harder and more accurately.

Its one of those vehicles that sit in your deck for several battles before you need them, but when you need a spearhead that isn't afraid to leave your AA umbrella these vehicles are your best bet.

They got hit pretty hard in last patch. Before that, they were like behind enemy lines special forces tanks.
