Once I've exhausted the contents of an FOB, can it be replenished in any way, or must I capture another to gain access to more supplies? If I buy logistical vehicles (i.e. trucks) and send them to an FOB where the yellow supply bar is low (i.e. at about 10%) will these trucks resupply the FOB or just function as more of a drain?

Thanks for your help with this. I have a large, thirsty force in the field and have to organise my logistics "tail".

The trucks refill their supplies and repair(if damaged).

When a fob is dry it's useless. If its low it still supplies you... Until empty
