I am a bit unsure about what exactly vetting units do, other than increasing accuracy.

So, what exactly does it do, and is it possible to find a chart that shows the EXACT results of it, as in, a 10% increase for lvl 3 vet, 15% for lvl 4 vet, etc.

I there are any examples for the popular PACT units, I'd appreciate them as well.

Now, my last question, is it worth vetting your tanks? Especially about the different types of T-80's.

I've tried to search for topics about this, but got no adequate results, do please don't flame me for posting this!
