On-topic : Is there a tool in the game to get the accuracy values, or do we have to know that each point of accuracy adds 5% to the accuracy at maximum range ? Is there also a relationship detailing how much damage is done for AP rounds at ranges lower than the maximum one, and what's the equation for the accuracy in function of the range ?

No tool, I use empirical tests. And I haven't tested the curve of damage connected to distance yet.

Accuracy/distance relationship is WIP right now.


NEW UPDATE : I have added a table showing how much hit are needed to kill a 10HP vehicle with different AP and armor value.
EDIT : range value has been added but not taken into account into the firepower calculation (not a proportional bonus IMO)

Thanks for your table, but can you please check the two Sheridians?
The speed and the front armor is not the same as in the program version 12.03.13.182
and it would be nice to have (after a complete check) the program version on top of the table.

You have forgotten to change the speed.
The speed is 70 km/h not 65 km/h.

It would be nice if you included some stats for the cannon based tank destroyers/APCs... E.g The recoiless rifles, AML 90, BMP-1s...

Some other minor errors:
1) MBT 70 is spelled as MTB 70
2) T-55AM1 and T-55AMV1 are 60 kmph

My chart only includes AP weapons because it's primary objective was to calculate the [firepower/price] ratio.
Including other types of weapons poses some problems :
- No vehicle without turret since they can't fire on the move most of the time.
- No heat weapons because damage doesn't scale with distance reduction.
- ATGM can miss if the vehicle moves or is shaken and there is a bug that allow ATGM to randomly miss vehicles they should hit. (hellfire could be the exception but only helo have it)
- BMP1 could be included but it is mainly summoned with infantry so his vet cost more if you're only interessed in the vehicle.

I'm looking into the relation between [distance/accuracy] and [distance/AP damage] at the moment and I'm planing to study the relation between damage, accuracy and caliber with Small arms, MMG and autocanon after that.

Fanstastic work out there.

I made a change to your sheet to get the cost per armor in a tank (factoring only the frontal armor).
To do so, you got to strip the "Armor " out of the armor values and use this formula right next to the armor values:
=D11 / VALUE(LEFT(B14;SEARCH(",";B14)-1))

On the tanks with missile, the D11 part should be adjusted to get the correct cost row.

I would like to see the HP of these tanks too, is it easy to obtain it?

What do you think about doing a combat simulator? I can create one with the right data and formulas ;)
