They cost more force points because they are a more powerful unit.. well I already explained that in my previous post where I said it's a very simply case of balancing risk vs reward. They can be more effective on a unit per unit basis but also yields more victory points to the enemy on a unit per unit basis.
And that, just proved my argument. They are a more powerful unit. Congratulations on defeating yourself. Anyway, I don't know what all the fuss is about. I don't care if someone knows how many stars I have, I'm don't find it fun sucking in newbies and then just annihilate them for giggles. Its not fun, I'm sure it is for some though and those are the only ones that could have something against this suggestion.
