From old Eugen posts:

M48: They said nope. Mainly marines, they don't want.

And centurion was retired. There was no need for an other British tank.

Pour les français... I don't remember what they said, but people already asked for them and it was nope.

Anyway, we already have many useless units sadly :( No need for more old ones. (Even if I'd love the M48 "Zippo" version)

Amx 13 105 would be a killer with fast rate of fire high speed and small size ;)

So the devs won't add more units that A) has already more than enough units, many of them not viable; and B) has issues to get fixed (ATGM bug), general community size (due to lack of maps, editor, game modes and advertisement). No problem about it. They should rather fix more important stuff than put everyone's favorite armor unit or planes in.

M48 already phased out by the Army at the time this game takes place.
Nice to meet you eugene, dont be so harsh to yourself.

Absolutely not. W. Germany had large numbers fielded in the 1980s as the M48A2GA2 105mm-armed variant, and the U.S. also had large numbers of the similarly armed and upgraded M48A5 variant used by armoured units of the National Guard. 1,500+ remain in front-line service with the Turkish army today, also the ROK still has lots. Although as very close brothers of the M60 series I can see why the devs felt it was an unnecessary replication. One for the completist modders I guess.

I thought if they were to add some more countries, Sweden would be an excellent choice they have some interesting units including the S-Tank and a couple interesting tank choices

About the AMX-13, I thought about a tank slot with the possible versions :

http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2012/26/1340992498-wee_amx_13_2.png

The only problem I had was the lack of infos about the RoF with the autoloader.

Some infos about the versions :
AMX 13 75 : AMX 13 Mle 51, the basic AMX 13 with a 75mm gun ; during the WEE time period, all have been fitted with SS-11 missiles.
AMX 13 90 : AMX 13 CN 90 F3, with upgraded firecontrol and a 90mm gun and a better rangefinder
AMX 13 SS 11 : unknown name, upgraded 75 with 2 SS-11 ATGMs on each side of the turret (the 90mm was too powerful for such a system, the missiles would fall at each gun shot :D)
AMX 13 105 v1 & 2 : AMX 13 Mle 58, tested by the french army in 1961, the program was too expensive but was adopted by the Netherlands.
AMX 13 105 v3 : AMX 13 CN 105 G1, a GIAT upgrade proposed in the '80s, with the same gun as the AMX 10 RC, a Soptac 18-03 fire control system, a day/night rangefinder and an electronical loading system.

The hull is supposed to sustain 12,7mm shells, but since the better armored t-34 is a 1/1/1/1 vehicle, 1/1/0/0 seemed enough.

The 75mm and 90mm guns have 2 revolver magazines of 6 rounds, the 105mm guns 2 magazines of 3 rounds.
It seems that the AMX 13 105 carried 30 rounds, but I couldn't find any confirmation about this.

Hopefully we will have mod tools soon. :P
